So, you are on a server, and it says it will start in 1 sec, or it continuously restarts the countdown. The isssue has been tracked to the voting system. Seems its a ready check of sorts. The map will not start until everyone on the session votes for a map. Doesnt have to be the same map. Just vote!

not true ive seen only 3-4 people out of a full server vote and its starts fine.

this fix is only if the server is having problems starting. Ive been on servers that start fine with out voting as well.
