HD 5970 and flickering on crysis 2 : Crysis

I have a single HD 5970 and experiencing flickering at the Extreme settings at 1900*1200.

Is there a fix or an upcoming patch. I am using the latest Catalyst 11.2 drivers.

Rename your .exe to Bioshock, there is a huge problem with the crossfire profile.
