Controller support

Does anyone else have problems using a controller? i use a 360 controller for this game and i find it very hard to play the game, your crosshair appears to be going for a head shot then half a mag later you kill them, K+M takes about 2 shots to kill someone, i feel the support for using a controller is s*it, they removed the auto-aim from the game with reason that it was being exploited by K+M users but this has just now made the game pretty much unplayable for controller users.

i enjoyed the game in the demo where i could put up a good fight with K+M users now its just impossible, it seems that K+M user have got an advantage. where this shouldn't be the case.

Anyone having these diffeculties with controllers?

Yes, it's pretty difficult without autoaim, but 0,5 year later you can kick some f-ing ass against console players
Just don't give up, try to use controller only
And may be aim assist will be back for controllers only

i really have no option but to use the controller as i have my laptop hooked to my tv and to sit 1 foot away from a 40" screen and on the floor just is not practical, i can get kills and to start with i wasnt to fussed about the aim assist but when looking at kill cams you notice that sometimes the aim of your opponent with K+M is not any better than my aim with the controller, but they seem to get the kill alot quicker and in less shots, it looks like the K+M has auto aim.

I think this should be added back in to give controller users a better chance against the K+M users, i enjoyed the demo as i understand this function was available and to remove this on the final version is pretty bad, they could have easily disabled it so K+M users couldnt exploit it, now controller users are paying the price for the greedy cheaters.

I will continue to use my controller as i paid alot of money for it. but i hope they add it back in

Because kill cams are so meticulously accurate? No. That's just a rough replay of what generally happened.

K & M is more accurate and does not have auto aim. Why would say that there's no controller auto aim, but K & M auto aim is in there?

Kill cams are not accurate. I use kb/mouse but my son uses a controller and is pretty good even without auto aim. Maybe it's more placebo affect as well because if you let somebody use the controller and don't tell them about the aim assist, most likely they will still do pretty well.

Too much time on internet forums can influence you. Trust me. You don't need aim assist.

When aim-assist was on the demo, pad players pretended it to be very subtle and stated it was only the skill of player that mattered. And also they were as good or better than players with k+m.

My opinion is that I don't see any problem with aim-assist, but only in single player. Why in multiplayer would you have an assist over other people ? That would be just unfair and cheating. If u feel better with a gamepad, so be it, but don't ruin others people experience. Being killed by someone with aim-assist is raging. Being equal regardless of the peripheric is the fair way to go.

What has to be done is a filter wich allow people to only play among them with a pad.
