I think that there is. Sometimes I will empty a whole clip into an enemy and they will turn and shoot one or two times and I'm dead. On my screen I will shoot someone, and then when I die and the playback happens it shows me shooting way off to the side. I think that all the servers have a horrible lag. If this lag wasn't there I would be doing a lot better then being in last place every single game.
