Worst support ever. no anwers, no news, no informations.

Do you really want to lose all future and actucal costumers? How hard is it to answer something like: "Patch is on it's way" or "Stay tuned, we're aware of the issues".

But there comes just nothing.

Just want my money back somehow, this is one of the worst games I've ever bought. And I'm not only talking about the technical issues, also about the gameplay but thats personal taste.

Nvm, I'm just going to install Crysis 1 again, its way better than this "Game of the Year 2011".

i see.. u havent played black ops xD

i coudnt play the game over 3 weeks.. cause of major server/client lagging.. and worse performance.. i got better fps with crysis 2 then with blackops.. there i was realy pissed off..

but some problems at release and some bugs is something u have to deal with it.. even starcraft 2 havent run perfectly at release.

if crytek dont patch.. dont do anything that the community is saying.. u could be angry.. but not after 2-3 days and 1 single patch, thats my opinion.

also ur just behave like a dramaqueen.. worstgame ever bought.. that tells me.. ur hysterical or just havent bought much games.

And why isn't that answer a sticky? How could I find that when it is on page 5?

hey wait you cannot say the devs dont answer ... because they do answer they have sayed that they working hard with the release problems in multyplayer also they say that they will bring a patch thias week to solve most of the probs ... so pls wait give them time that huge problems cannot be solved in 1 day

just click on "Forums" and u will see on the upper right side an announcement box...

If you want direct support, please go to the EA support page, the gamesas forums are not setup to address every issue raised here. You can find a lot of temp fixes and the latest info in the sticky and notification threads.

Yeah, and it's REALLY getting annoying that the forum is spammed with the same sh*t over and over .. Seriously!

Find what you need in AAAALLLLL the other threads .. If it's not there .. Post it .. Everything else is SPAM ..

And who likes spam? .. Thats right... No one ...

Please can we have an update on what is being done to fix bugs and any other features that are to be implemented into the game? I'm sure you will half the new topics in here if we could just have an update on things every now and again, it would make your life easier too because there wouldn't be so many threads to delete. Even if you tell us what you know and it isn't very much.

Fair enough.. although I find it hard to believe such an active topic which had a post just 12 mins before you posted this topic could have gone all the way to page 5. I guess it just shows their point even more?

Be patient, they are working hard on our dx11 patch!!!!!!!
