1. FarCry : http://farcry.crymod.com/
2. Crysis 1 & Crysis Warhead/Wars : http://www.crymod.com
3. Crysis 2 : http://www.gamesas.com

Plus, we aren't sure if we get a SB version. Or like with Crysis Wars later and not on disk like it was with Crysis 1.

I'm pretty sure the Sandbox has been confirmed and it gets released in a free patch in the summer.

it would be a bad idea.............I am assuming crytek is not stupid enough to realize the modding community makes the game sale more because of awesome mods they create.
I am more inclined to playing creative mods then derivative and overpriced dlc.............and since EA is the publisher they might not release dlcs on pc

That is not confirmed sir. UDK isn't that powerful or having those options.

People are confused to see UDK as a SB version. UDK is NOT SandBox, but something like a compiler like C++ to make DLL's / Exe's. And a free cryenigine license isn't.
