SO the default is 2,I lower them to say 1.5 correct? Or is it 0-1-2?

i set r_HDRBrightLevel=.6 or r_HDRBrightLevel=.65 max

r_HDRBloomMul=2
r_HDRBrightLevel=2

the bright level default is 0.85

and the bloom level I changed to 1 but you might want to take it lower still

Whew!

With these settings I feel like I am watching a program produced by JJ Abrams. Lots of lens flares. I kind of like it!
