Other than a few graphical tweaks most of the stuff is the same on high,very high and extreme.The most notable differences were the smoke effects and the drop in fps.I remember how the changes were much more obvious in the first crysis and its expansion warhead.Am I the only person who things this way?How many of you are getting better visuals in the game by changing these settings?There is no doubt Crysis 2 is a beautiful game but will we PC gamers have to wait for the supposedly rumored dx10 patch which may or may not arrive or is the modding community(crymod you listenin) doing something already.There are a few youtube clips of me playing on gamer settings.Trust me when i say other than the fps drop there is hardly any noticeable difference in the textures.
