What processor and ram do you have? That card should play it on lowest settings. Also you can find Wasdie's advanced tool here in the forums to manually adjust settings instead of using presets.

HOnestly dude, that card is so weak. It's the lowest of the low end. Try using the graphics confi program, to get the graphics even lower:

And a 4850 is about 6 times more powerful than a 5450

can i use a 4350

NO, that's even worse. That's about half as powerful as the 5450.

I really think you need to do some homework:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_AMD_graphics_processing_units#Radeon_R700_.28HD_4xxx.29_series

The first thing you should look at is "Bandwidth (GB/s)", that give you a good rough instant guide to what the card is like. If it isn't more than 30GB/s, then forget it, the game ain't gonna even run.

If it's a card with DDR2 going through a 64 bit bus, forget it. You need GDDR3 going through 256-bit bus or GDD5 going through 128 bit bus.

A 4650 or a 5670 might get you by.

I think the OP should stick to console gaming, all the cards you've listed (except the 4850) are'nt meant for gaming, try this link it may help

Get GTX 260 at least or Radeon 4850 - thats absolute minimum IMO at least for decent resolution...
