when I play the demo there is only 3 suit powers(not including the visions) and i was wondering if there was going to be speed and super strength mode like in crysis.

Simply no.
Those 2 modes are merged into normal mode.
Press shift for speed mode.
Strength is mostly auto when you jump.

theres also a strength mode melee hit in single player by holding down the melee button.

Strenght:
Power-jump. Melee while in Armour mode

Speed:
Sprinting and sliding

But these two are in the category "Power" now

Speed+strength are now automatic and are called "POW" for Power mode.
