I got told to day that im able to pick up my ' Nano Edition ' tomorrow from EB games but its only the game. Not the back pack, not the figurine and not the art book. apparently i have to wait till next week to get it. anyone else get told this ?

To give you the game from the Nano edition they need the box with all the other stuff. The game comes in a steelcase, and that is found in the same box as the other stuff. They can't give them to you separately.
