I'm not going to resort to slander or name calling, saying I hate your company or whatever because I don't. Launch hiccups happen.

But as a concerned customer who invested in your product I'm wondering when we can expect an announcement to be made? I'm not asking FOR the announcement, just an ETA for when we can figure out what's going on.
