Ok... as title says.

But really... whats the point of it if:

A. it gives you away where you are.

B. it gives you away even when cloaked (though you see on your screen that red lazer disappears when cloaked but other ppl still can see it.. its just not as birght)

C. it's aim is way off when sprinting or doing whatever.

D. It's not usable when aiming down the sights.

E. It's about 3 times worse than just not using it when fireing from hip.


and its bugged.. when you sprint, you see red dot somewhere else on the map but not where the lazer line itself ends up.

its so bad that.. the person who came up with this Idea and tested it must be ... retarded. really...

Agreed, red dot should not be an item unlock, it's a waste. Also has no place in single player. Iron sight or red dot is better.

laser is so you know where to aim when shooting from the hip and improves accuracy shooting from the hip if your a person who uses ads alot then dont bother.

Personally I find it of use only on the M60 for run and gun it helps to not have massive guns block your view, in crysis one I used it on the minigun for the same reason

no it does not improve any fckn accuracy, it does not let me know where I'm aiming at when firing from hip.

because 1. its way off
because 2. its jumping around with weapons recoil.
because 3. in action when you get shot back you basically cannot tell where your aim is at at all...


I'm already lvl 32 and tested this lazer crap on various weapons and it does nothing, nothing at all.. except it gives you away for enemys.

I totally agree.
In the solo the lazer is inefficient and quiet buggy.
Anyway i won't use it, but it's quiet a good idea. The laser is originally used in the dark to aim...because when it's dark your can't properly ironsight.
So if you can perfectly ironsight in the dark, the laser is useless.
