Kick votes please?

I really like this game, I enjoy it a lot, but sometimes (a lot of times) my experience is completely ruined by cheaters. It seems like if noone had the power to ban anyone, I have to watch in the killcam how I get killed by someone who has all the powers active at the same time and they don't even lose energy when they shoot, and of course they get number 1 on each game, and they won't leave because we players can't do anything about it, we cannot vote to kick them and we cannot report them, why is that?

I understand you will increase security but still, players should have the ability to vote and kick people from the game, that has always been used in many games and is rarely used to kick people who isn't pissing everyone off.

And the leaderboards, please check them, I don't get why someone with 300.000 kills and 100 deaths still has an active account.

Having a 'Vote to kick' system would be awesome!

Votekick/voteban is by no means a perfect solution!
I must admit I've missed it a lot of times playing MW2 where someone was beyond doubt a cheater, but I've also been called a cheater countless times, sometimes by the entire enemy team, so I would have hated it if I would have been kicked/banned for just being better than them.
And what if the whole enemy team is immature players who is sick of a really good player on the other team, should they be granted the ability to kick him? (the answer is no)
The solution is a anti-cheat system that works...

The solution is a genocide against tools who get off on cheating (which makes zero sense, how much fun can it be letting the computer do all the work?), barring that i agree vote kick would be abused to boot people on a hot streak (I've lost count of how many hackusations i got in bc2, it was alot), so an admin with kick and ban powers would be needed, along with a punkbuster. (SERIOUSLY what were you smoking when you though, naaah we can do this better than punkbuster, AND THEN DECIDED YOU WOULDN'T CHECK CDKEYS ONLINE....DURP)
