where do I find the serial key? i have the prepaid code I entered in the site they told me to go...I got a longer number; so I entered that in...and I still have the same problem? I'm I doing something wrong?

I have the same problem.

I have the limited edition items bonus code which doesn't work, a product ID number which doesn't work, and a digital rights number which doesn't work, but I do not have a serial number. Why is this so difficult. This is the first time I have ever bought a downloadable game, and will probably never do it again because of stupid issues like this.

I have a bonus code (8 digits) but there was no place to enter it. I used EADM to retrieve the game.
