I've searched the forums but couldn't find a similiar case.

I reached level 27 earlier today, and unlocked Scarab, L-Tag and the Majestic. Played 2 games, and they dissapeared(greyed out again). I figured my leaving i must have disconnected while i was leaving the server or something. Because last night, after a 2 hour sit i disconnected and lost all my progress, I guessed the same thing would have happened now. Unlocked them again, played 1 match and left. Again greyed out, and the skill assesments where greyed out as well(though my customized gear still had the weapons).

I unlocked it again, left to singleplayer and went back to multiplayer to check if it rememberred. And gone again.

I never had similiar issues like this with my previous unlocked weapons. Is there a workaround? Cause I really want my reflex sight ^^

I just posted a similar issue, yet I am around lvl 13-14 and I lost the unlocks of the 2nd assualt rifle and the feline. But when I changed my guns around on my loadouts I didnt have the tokens to reunlock them.

Edit: I think some contribution to this could be the game doesnt really know what rank I am.. I see 2 different ranks on seperate screens then when I launch into a match it shows me even lower then the progress screens do.

I got same problem.
And another problem : I took 5-6 levels but nothing unlocked.

The tokens are refunded in my case.

And just tried to unlock, then quit crysis, then starting it up again. Doesn't work either, guess I'll keep trying.

Try the following:

- Unlock what you want, then play a new round, complete it and leave the session.

- Then try going back to singleplayer, click multiplayer again and selecting gamesas to change the profile (so it logs you out).

- Quit the game and come back to play again.

I don't know if you have to do all of this (still testing), but when I've done it, my unlocks have saved. Finally, if you disconnect or the game crashes before doing all this, you apparently lose whatever you gained (so you have to get again).

Maybe it did refund me the tokens but i didnt know they were refunded ones since my loadouts still had the guns I originally bought, so I used the tokens to go ahead and unlock the rest of the guns avaible to me not realizing I couldnt re equip the ones I previously unlocked ( and cared more about ) lol.

ATM I think I just got a weapon attachment unlock and wanted to put the laser sight on the feline but when I edit the class that is holding the feline, it requires me to rebuy it to get the attachment page for it. But I have no more tokens : /

This is a known issue guys, if someone does successfully find a work-around we'd be happy to post it in our fix thread but in the mean time it is being looked into and hopefully fixed soon.

After unlocking, I joined a server, and while still in the lobby(before it even started) I checked my assesments and customize equipement menu, and their gone. So I guess I cant even play till I unlock an assesment :'(

Edit: And using the switch profile feature to log out after an unlock before playing doe not work as well.

Edit2: And it seems that even when its unlocked and shiny greenish, clicking on the assesment button on the lower right side doesnt show anything. Meaning the crytek server isnt even registering my unlock or something?

Just trying to be constructive and find a solution. Even though theres issues, I absolutly love playing the game, every aspect, trying to help make the crysis world a better place

No, I mean before you join a game, go customise your equips and use your unlocks, then join a match. Don't worry about changing it in the lobby and just worry about completing the match. After it, leave and then do the other parts I suggested. Were you doing it exactly like this?

I customized my equipment before the match, then queued up in a match, while waiting in the lobby for the game to start I checked if the assesment was available to be earned, but was greyed out like I havn't unlocked it yet, so I find it hard to believe my scarab kills will earn towards the assesment.

But you can still use the Scarab, yes? So just play a match or two now and then do the suggestions as mentioned previously. If you do it in that exact order, I find that it should be updated when you recheck the stuff from the menu (forget the lobby...in my experience anyway - I'm only Level 13).

I might have found a workaround.

After dodging around in the customize gear menu, I found out that after reselecting the freshly unlocked weapon in all my customized classes will show the assesment meter when clicking the button on the lower right.

Going back to singleplayer and then to multiplayer didn't remember the unlock however.

I then unlocked all the weapons again(Scarab, L-Tag and Majestic) but didnt equip them in my classes. Went back to singleplayer en to mutliplayer again. And this time they are still available. I'm going to try it out in a match, to see if it sticks, I'll let you guys know.

Okay. I'll try testing more things tomorrow myself too.

Didn't work. But now found a working workaround.

Unlock it in the lobby!

I tried it out, made a few kills and then got disconnected, normally when I disconect my assesments switch back to what they where before joining, but the skill asessments where still showing my 6 scarab-kills, and its still in my costumized class!!

It however did not do so for the Majestic which I also unlocked in the lobby, but I havnt made a kill with it. Making the workaround work like this

-Unlock Weapon in the lobby
-Get a kill, on the ranked server

I'll keep you guys updated if things change on this end.

Confirmed.

Unlocking Majestic in the lobby without any kills with it will just relock it again. Unlocking in the lobby and then killing in the next match keeps it unlocked

You don't even have to play, just unlocking in a lobby and then leaving will save your unlocks. There should be a message after leaving the lobby something like "saving profile".
