Hi, I've been trying to find a solution for this and most people I noticed have problems with the multiplayer. My problem with the game is that I can't even enter the game to even see the menu. I downloaded the steam version of the game and when I double click it, it will show the eye symbol, then crytek, nividia before suddenly a black screen and the whole program hangs. My other steam downloaded games such as bulletstorm, mass effect 2, fallout nv and left for dead 2. I am using an Alienware M15X laptop and have no problems with playing Crysis 1 on max settings.

I really hope I can get help here as I can't even play the game and this is very frustrating. I had pre ordered and now I have not yet even started playing. Please advice. Thank you.
