The excuse for artisticallty destroying the franchise

I remember the outrage when Crytek saw the amount of illegal copies being downloaded on the net when crysis 1 was released, and rightfully so. Even though this exact same thing happens with every software release since the invention of the internet.

Where is the mention or disgust for when the xbox version was leaked? How about we discuss the fact that console games can be resold an infinite amount of times and that is all lost sales. How about console sales can be rented and the user never needs to purchase the game. Just spend 5 dollars to beat the game. Enjoy all its content and then return it.

Pc users can never resell there game. We can not rent a game so therefore anyone interested will support the game by paying the full price. On top of all that we are forced to adhere to a strict securom software that limits the amount of times we can install the software we paid full price for.

This is why PC users get so pissed off when we get sh*t on. Like we did with this game. Our loss is $60 and console players loss is $60 Oh! Wait no its $10 because they can just resell it a few days after release.

Oh yeah and where the hell is the day 1 Dx11 patch?

What does the DX11 patch have to do with the fact that what he's saying is correct?

what saved they asses this time is all those good asian bussiness people who are willing to resale the game for just a few $ profit, or i would been pirating my self

and you CAN resell it you just need to plan ahead

you need to add the key to an empty EA account, and resell that

is that against the rules = SUSE
is it morally wrong to ignore THIS rule you agreed to, and sell = NO!
is it morally wrong to make such a rule = YES!
do they have a legal right to make such a rule = sadly yes

in other words its not completely object able to cheat a crock, especially if they wronged you 1st

the only other option is not to agree at all and just pirate to begin with, or not to play at all... but if they try to chip you, its kinda inviting to just chip them instead

a completely honest and moral person would NEVER agree to such terms and NEVER buy this game, there for if you have purchased the game your already did something morally wrong, because you support crocks by agreeing to the terms, its similar scenario then selling your sol to the devil

they digging they own grave

The whole idea of retail games being not for re-sale is ridiculous in a first place.

You know - if you buy software, like programs, eg. Adobe Photoshop - you can resale it if you got Box edition, or you cannot if you got OEM.
If you buy EA games you can... well, you can't do a thing. Sadly. Cause some lawyer told it'd increase sales when people won't be able to re-sale the games without any re-play value (local EA specialty) or a games that are below any acceptable quality level beyond EA usual hype.

Sadly - all can be done is sitting and crying while Companies gets their law more and more enforced, while CONSUMERS get their rights forgotten.

You can resell, re-install how many time youd like, and baiscally do whatever you want. and the DX11 patch is coming, why the hell is everyone so pissed about it.

That was just a one last jab about lying to us on yet another issue. If DX11 was included it would not change my opinion much of the overall game.
