wow.. aimbots, people must be compensating

Post » Fri Jun 03, 2011 7:40 am

I can't believe that people need/want to use aimbots.. they must be compensating for other small issues they have.

SteveAustin with something at the end was so obviously a bot, it is amazing. Shooting through walls, using a sniper rifle, watching the playback he is just jumping around, and shooting things midair with or without the scope, shooting players he can't even see.

There should be an ingame way to report that, and get the person kicked/banned.

Agree 100 percent! Earlier 3 of the 5 ranked servers I joined had players using full-time stealth/nanovision as well as aimbots. One guy was even inside a rock on lighthouse map. People like this ruin the game for everyone. They have no skill or respect for others and should be banned. If banning is too harsh for 1st offense then suspended for 2 weeks the 1st time, suspended 3 months the next time, then banned for life after that. There is no excuse for butchering what could be a fun multiplayer with these lame hacks.

I am rendering two videos as we speak. Each one taken from different servers (one in the UK the other in DE) and both were literally right after each other.

Youtube.....soon.

All of these hackers probably pirated the game anyways.

Until Crytek does something about it, they will just keep coming back.

the major problem is this: where is the anti-cheat? of course there will be retards who have small balls in the real life and gets horny when they get many kills using cheats. but that`s why games have ANTI CHEAT engines! Crytek forgot about this. actually Crytek forgot about many many things... i will not play C2 until the next patch will be released. i hope that it will solve at least 70% of the problems :|

This brings back memories of Crysis 1, and how it was hacked to hell till they got PB, it is more "manageable" now.

I agree. I don't understand how anyone derives any pleasure from playing the game like this. The only thing that I could begin to understand would be them testing these things out and saying to themselves, "I can hack". It would get boring pretty quickly, though. So I'd imagine that there'd be a revolving door of hack testers all the time. But to look at some of these guys records, they've been playing the game a lot.

kick vote is not a good ideea. good players may be kicked/banned because of paranoia...

Well the good news is there will be a security update later this week. It should address some of these issues.
