I go inside the game have my account set up, log in, hit mp, hit my crysis, redeem code, game closes, opens internet tab asking to log in the site, log in, then another log in window to the left, input exact log in information... says wrong email or pssw.

Its been 5 times, I'm tired of inputting the the game code!

What's going on?

u need 2 accounts
1 for the game and another for the website

If it that and I got my doubts why was'nt anyone informed of that during game install? and I think Crytek by now would have posted that as a fix or something..they have'nt so thats the end of it..it's broken and it appears they and EA (EA dont give a rats.they got paid is all they care) dont care or have no bloody idea on how to fix this...

this issue is for years now, none of the other EA games gave you a warning, they figure you figure it out

what do you expect ? you lucky they take your money

the issue is that according to them your not supposed to have several EA accounts, so in a FOR THEM perfect world no one would have this problem, there for they will NEVER give a warning on this, and there for they dont have to help you

you can contact customer support IF YOUR LUCKY they transfer you key, but they dont have to, it all depends if you get a nice rep that is willing to help you beyond that minimum, most will tell you that they are not able to do what you ask, they have no athorisation (witch is a lie btw)

i had a similar problem before, and in nicer words they told me that im out of luck and get lost

so write nice to them, they do you a favor ... and with this i'm not kidding you !!!!

what i did was and it worked fine was make an account ingame then goto the gamesas website out of the game and login with the account you just created ingame and then redeem the codes on the website outside the game.

That way if someone hacks your lvl 45 game account you can get it back via the website...... duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

1. Select "Multiplayer" from the Crysis 2 main menu
2. If you haven't logged in to Multiplayer before, you will need to create a gamesas account. Enter your nickname, password and email when requested.
3. In the Crysis 2 multiplayer menu, select the "My Crysis" option
4. Select "Redeem Code". This will exit the game and open gamesas in a browser window
5. Log-in using your gamesas details (from step 2)
6. Enter the pre-paid code in the text box, and click "Redeem Code"
7. Run the game, and it will automatically detect your bonus content is available
