Are you unable to play single player or multiplayer?

If you are having technical issues you can contact EA support who may be able to help. There are also a number of temporary work around solutions that can be found at the top of the PC forum.

If neither of these courses of action help you, we are working hard on resolving a number of issues and expect to have fixes for them soon. News of any updates like this will be posted in the forums.

I can't play Single Player...the NANO Catalyst points kept resetting to zero and now they are stuck on zero, I can't collect any...it is really getting frustrating , I love the game but I just can't play to the end, I can't progress....

And Im not interested in using the CheatEngine, like everyone seems to be doing...

Please tell me this issue will be fixed...

I really want to love this game....

Thank you...I just needed to know that this problem was recognized....

Aside from the glitches, the game is outstanding....looks great and performs well too...
