my online level rank was 4 yesterday.theni play many matches countinuesly and reached level 15 and unlock many things then in one match i lost my connection to host after that i try to join again i saw my level is 4 now.....strange.
i tried some things but failed..restart pc and game but nothing happened....
help me pls

Unfortunetly there is nothing you can do, it is a known bug and Crytek are working on a patch to fix everything! Hang in there
