New Beta Nvidia Drivers 270.51

I was waiting for these, and the only thing they have to do with Crysis 2 is a 3D profile. I was hoping for optimizations for the game overall.

Anyone else try them yet?

Optimization?

This game runs like a charm.

Where do you wanna optimate?
Or do you mean SLI flickering and this stuff?

These drivers are quite well. Better than 266.77 for my MSI GTX560-Ti SLI

Drivers are released after big games release all the time, there are usually all kinds of things that can be optimized and fixed. Many people with many types of graphics cards have some issues. I haven't had many issues but every frame counts when your running 6040x1080.

Relax... I wasn't asking for DirectX 11 lol.

I'm still getting flickering with these. Slightly better FPS though.

Did nothing for me. But the game runs at about 50-60 FPS @1920x1200 Extreme anyway, so no real need here.
Dragon Age 2 runs a lot better, though. About 30% faster, yet still only half as fast as Crysis 2. :D

I just installed these and the flicker is still there with my GTX 295 :( I am still also missing the rain effects. The fps are good, always between 45-60 at all times which feels smooth but the flickering is doing my head in. Its on the nanovison and on the shadows during levels that are supposed to have rain
