Cant Login to game : Crysis

I just installed Crysis 2 and redeemed my code on this site. But now when I load up the game, I use my name and password but it says login info incorrect

EDIT: had to fix my old gamespy account. All good now

EDIT AGAIN!!!

MY CD KEY IS ALREADY IN USE??? OMFG THIS GAME IS A PAIN IN THE ASS

Contact EA support or Crytek support, whatever the name is. In the forum no one can help you with that, but there is a thread about. JUST READ IT.
