Crysis bugs and of course, DX11

I, like many others, have a fairly high end pc, and after having a very high opinion of Crytek and their games.......what a dissapointment! Since Far Cry and the first Crysis games, it seems it's going downhill from there. Hate to think this is the case but what are you supposed to think?
I've run into several blatant AI bugs in this game (after two patches)...such as soldiers walking on air, or simply floating in place. Other soldiers are facing a wall during battle and oblivious to what's going on.
And then there's the DX9 water, which looks absolutely terrible......not even close to some other games that came out last year and beyond that are DX10/DX11 capable.
Not sure if Crytek's involvement with EA games contributed to some of this (there's the EA article a while back stating as far as they were concerning, pc gaming is in no way a priority, or is dead), but it appears Crytek is now taking a back seat to some of the eastern european game developers who have, and are, putting out true cutting edge games. Did EA pressure or rush Crytek to release this game?......I have no idea, just would be nice to know why the drop-off in quality.
And of course, to top it all off, there's the fact I bought a DX11 GPU, basically just for this game.
On a positive note, I do like the game, in general terms. You just come to expect a Crytek game to be excellent in every way, when considering their reputation with what they've put out in the past. At least that's my feeling......maybe I've been spoiled.
Alright, I'm done......Just something I had to get off my chest....sorry about the repeat of stuff already brought up.
