Unbelievable.....

So i had this problem and considered returning crysis after loosing my campaign save...
http://www.gamesas.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=22000&p=245636#p245636

However, i thought, well bad luck could happen to anyone, so i took the bull by its horns and deleted my save and started a new campaign from scratch on 3rd difficulty.

I was starting to enjoy my new approach when all of a sudden after my first encounter with the aliens, my game froze and so did my xbox.

I thought it was odd, it wasnt the graphical freeze of the old xboxes (mine is a new slim) but it a complete freeze without artifracts but with a little washedout image.

I turned my console off and on again after a minute or so, tried to boot up my save - exact same freeze after entering.

Cleared cache and tried a few hours later - exact same freeze on exact same place with the savegame.

Other games work like they should - WTF is this Crytek! You should really be ashamed for letting a product this buggy out on the market.

Trading standards needs to get involved I'm telling you, People on here are waving flags of perfection to cover up the holes and bugs in this game.

this game was shipped too early and I don't think Patching it up is going to fix the problems fully. more of a permanent temporary solution.

I don't wave any flags of perfection. All I asked the OP to do was to make his issue seen in the official bugs & glitches thread where he would probably have a better chance at the issue being noticed by the developers.

I posted right above you, so I guess I assumed that it was directed right at me.

What's wrong with you these days, a dark, rainy cloud hovering over your head? Why so pessimistic?

I was correcting you because you said I did something in which I did not, Theres nothing pessimistic about that.

By pessimism, I was referring to the rest of the threads you seem to have created over the past few days.

Same thing happened to me, it was strange.

All you need to do is restart that chapter in the campaign, you will not loose your place in the story, or your kills and collectables. it only happened that once with me. Oh and I have the first black 120Gb consoles

have fun it's great.

Any evidence for this? Please quote more than five posters that have stated this game is perfect.

What possible motives would we have to cover up the holes and bugs in this game? How would we stand to benefit from this?

Why don't you just p*** off from these forums. Half your posts make sense and the other are complete nonsense.

Thats not very nice.....

I wont post [only] in the official bugs etc thread as there are so many bugs that most posts will just disappear in the flow...

The game is great, but i agree with whoever said it, they really should bring in someone higher to make crytek pay for releasing this bugfest. This is 2011 and this is NOT acceptable. I regret buying it, as the only way to show the devlopers that we dont accept being threated like this is with our wallets. However, all the reviews i read beforehand didnt seem to indicate any bugs at all.....
