Ask yourself,Crytek promised the best graphics ever seen in a console game,if these graphics are the best the 360 can do,then where do xbox 360 games go from here,in terms of looks and playability?
Microsoft has stated that the life cycle of the 360 has another 4-5 yrs,talk about milking the cow.
To be honest these graphics are quite boarder line,at first i thought they looked fantastic until i decided to boot up good old Crysis 1 on my PC,i forgot how fantastic it looked,much better than Crysis 2.
Also,Crysis 2 on the 360 looks very,very similar to FEAR 2 on the 360,which is a good thing,i find the xbox has reached its peak and will go downhill from here.
Crytek should not make Crysis 3 for the current gen but should wait for the next.
