I'd like to take the opportunity and be a child so that I can tell on killor117's Post. The dude is not managing his thread. I don't blame him, it should be a crytec mod running the thread anyways!? Some of us would like the chance to have all known glitches rectified, not just the ones killor117 finds suitable to his needs or opinions

If the mods were running that thread they would take out bugs that the have assumed to be remediated. Killor has done a good job and trys to only add bugs he gains multiple references to and evidence of. Also he has been at that list since release and isn't getting paid, can't blame the guy for getting bored of it.

I kind of agree with Defco on this in a way that a mod should be doing it, although were doing this for our benefit (if they fix the listed issues) the mod should be at least looking at the thread regularly and updating the bug list themselves.

It's kinda absurd to some extent that the consumers have to WORK to have their product fixed. The consumers job should end at the reporting stage, end of. I cannot see why anyone would disagree with this, if you do then please let me know.

I wish I had editing rights over that thread as I would WORK for the community. I have now finished University so since I'm a regular here and have free time, and some people have liked some of my previous posts, I feel I would do a good job.

Thing is I don't have editing rights lol

Defco - stop using the moderators name in the topic subtitle. The mods do respond to the topics if they are respectful and mature so you don't have to worry about them getting noticed or not.

The mods have also mentioned in a previous post NOT to put their name in the topic title also.

Honestly, I respect him for doing more work in his free time than apparently anyone in this company. And even if he isn't updating it often enough with correct information, who cares? If Cry-Adam ran the thread it'd be a locked topic that said "Everything is working perfectly."

lol I don't think Cry-Adam would.

He only locks threads that have gone well off topic or have been posted multiples times.

If I was a mod a lot more topics would be locked, trust me. 50% of topics are nonsense like your presumptuous post and another 30% go of on irrelevant tangents. That's why there called Topic, not Topics, please note that there is no "s" at the end.

Hi guys,

We very much appreciate the effort community members put into maintaining issue threads. It gives everyone the ability to speak their mind, put forward their ideas/opinions and give a general overview of the most pressing issues. Please note that we do not solely gather our information from just these threads so if you're concerned about particular points not being put across, so long as these ideas are in active threads in the correct forum areas, we will notice it.

In opposite point to the OP, it could actually appear slightly controversial for Crytek staff to maintain threads like these as we could appear biased plus we wouldn't be able to devote a huge amount of time to maintaing them without cutting time from other areas which could have a more detrimental effect in the end.

I'm sure if your point is valid and not completely isolated then the OP shouldn't have an issue with adding it to their list. If so, ask them why :)

Cheers!
