Mine is:
Tactical - Cloak Tracker (Threat Tracer is better but I think seeing lines instead of bullets ruins the experience.)

Armour - Deflection (Though Armour Enhance and Nano Recharge are both great, hard decision.)

Power - Mobility Enhance (Far more useful than the others in my opinion.)

Stealth - Stealth Enhance (Also far more useful than the others in my opinion.)
