I want to get better. I just want to learn some things from some experienced players that could help me out.

Being level 50 doesn't make people better players btw. Experiences - yeah but not better. You may find better players to play against at a lower level. Being level 50 is just a number.

You need to play with the game host then. Sh1tty lag and poor host selection really make the MP experience quite uneven.
Players in their mid 20's should be pretty knowledgable players.

the three keys to being successful in MP is

1) learn to ALWAYS use your suits abilities properly. Try to never fire directly out of stealth. Turn stealth off or switch directly to armor
2) finding the right balance of suit mods that compliment your playstyle.
3) learn the maps. This can only be done through repetition
