I play instant action and when ever I get killed the guy is normally cloaked and running like a lost chicken, but when he sees me he stops turns armour on and shoots me but he still has plenty of energy but when I try running cloaked my energy goes down like a bich. Now I use stealth enhanced upgrade 2 aim enhance upgrade 3 and energy transfer upgrade 1, i just don't get how someone can run run run while cloaked and not use much energy then just armour up and kill me. Apart from that, oh and the cod campers I keep coming across, then im happy with this game.

stealth enhance 3 slows down the stealth drain alot, and combined with mobility enhance 3 it slows down even more

When you have Stealth Enhance III it will reduce stealth costs by 50%.

When you have Energy Transfer III you will get either 50% or 100% (Can't remember) energy per kill.

This is A LOT of energy conservation and replenishment.

Some people, even go further (although not necessary other than on CTF or Extraction) and get Mobility Enhance as well.

Be patient, I have rebooted once already and am a solid 2.8 KD but before I had the first two aforementioned perks at level III the game was extremely difficult and annoying (recharging all the time).

Once you hit level 20ish and have these at level III the game will be alot easier and more enjoyable.

It is 50% at level III.

As people have said, Mobility Enhance 1 and Stealth Enhance 3 help MASSIVELY.

Energy Transfer 3 is much better than 1 or 2, but personally I prefer Nano Recharge 2.
