No that is not right. The code that came in a new purchase of the 360 "limited edition" has a code that you input via the 360 and download it to your hard drive. Now if you are saying you have tried that and it doesn't work, that is a separate issue entirely.

the confirmation email don't appear i have wait 76 hours and nothing of the confirmation email.
