Started to play game and can not get by a stage, the player is just "stuck". Can not move from the spot, can fire weapon but nothing else. It is the car park scene very early on. Basically 20 minutes intop a new game and can't progress, not really value for money!

Can anyone suggest a fix or is the game to go back to shop?

ur connected to xbox live right? and downloaded the recent patches?
