I love this game mode. It makes for a good change of pace.

The only thing that makes the multiplayer Unique ( Ish ) is the nano suit.

Not 1 person on my friends list play this anymore, and when Crysis 2 came out quite a few of them did.

Crytek are pathetic with communication and the patches don't even sort out the number one problem - Multiplayer Lag.

Classic mode defeats the purpose of the game for me, just like Barbones in MW2 didn't make sense to me. If I want to play a game with no suit or killstreaks, I literally play another game that doesn't have the suit or killstreaks.

It just makes for a good change of pace. Sometimes the nanosuit can become tedious thats all.

Much agreed. I would love to try out classic sometime, but I can never find a game. Maybe if they made it so that classic was unlocked at a lower ranking then more people would play it?

I've never played Classic, although I have sat in the classic IA lobby for quite a LONG TIME, multiple times. I have never had one person even pop into my lobby. Eventually I leave and go to standard.

If you think your waits are bad try getting a game for the pro mode. Good luck with that. I've played classic multiple times, it's a crappy version of cod. Big time, you move slow as hell, slower then a normal marine/cell agent would typically move. As someone else said, if I wanted no killstreaks or nanosuitness i'd find a different game for multiplayer like prey or doom, or counter strike.
