So i was roaming the mojave far from any town.

All of a sudden Victor shows up and says "fancy meeting you here, blah blah"

Then he gets into a fight with a radscorpion, after helping him out by killing the radscorpion. He starts driving into a rock and doesn't move. So i start thinking, oh boy... he's going to be stuck here forever and the story will be fkd... So i walk up to him and i notice i can talk to him. So i talk to him and the companion wheel comes up! I can access everything as well. Was weird as hell.

So not wanting to screw around with anything, i exit it and manually push him near a road then he goes on his happy way, bouncing down the road. I hope he doesn't get lost or ends up being eaten by Deathclaws...
