I believe the issues with lag are not due to problems coonceting out of regions?

I was in two games and found out that both lagged, terribly.

On the second one i looked at the host, who had full green ping, he was from the UK, i am from the UK and i was one red ping!

This is clearly more than a region issue, so connecting to someone in the US doesn't really make any difference right now as even if you connect to someone in the same region the problems are there.

I am also finding it very difficult to find constant games, the lobbies are getting emptier by the day.

Indeed, I am from US and can have a US host where I have 1 red bar because he is downloading while hosting. Besides this case, region still helps as I cannot have a good connection to some host in Australia etc.
