has anyone come across issues with sniping on lighthouse map?

i put a full mag of sniper fire into someone who was at top of the lighthouse and it never touched him.

I put it down to lag but i tried it again, this time from the first floor window of the lighthouse and again nothing.

i think lighthouse is glitched in away that certain parts of the map have hit box issues.

bullet drop? i hope that delay when you kick a car isn't present here... maybe its too far away and the bullets only are effective until the midway point of the map to let them spawn?
