Confused! Watch Video Carefully : Crysis

Someone posted this video for me to watch on the forums, and I have a question.

They show different Nanosuits for different loadouts. Where are they in this game?

What I was intrigued by was the Nanovision in like 2:30 and how it looked like a thermal vision, to me it looks A LOT better than the current Nanovision, although if there was some Module that made it work this way it'd be nice to know which one lol I also find it HILARIOUS that near the end he states that they have "One of the best studios in the world (Crytek UK) working on MP" and that they are "Very serious about the MP" his statements are laughable....

I messed up. Sorry! There is a time in the video they talk about the different load outs and the Nano Suits are different.
