This game is kinda awful, yet has the potential to be as good, if not better than COD.

Let me explain my reasoning.....

As a new player i play with other new players.....great, no problem with that. Then you get to level 11. Im constantly being matched against players who are 30+. What the hell is the thinking there????? they have better guns, better map knowledge, better attachment knowledge etc etc......why would you match me against these people????

I have two others complaints.....the stealth is kinda annoying. However it is what makes this game the game that it is so i dont want it taken out or anything. Plus when i get to a certain level i can play non-suit.

My last complaint is whether its me or does the lag really REALLLLLYYYY effect this game? I swear down im shooting guys, with gauss on, and yet they dont die after a gazzilion shots and yet with the same gun, with no head shot i die really quickly. Sorry but with big title multi player games its a disgrace if a dedicated server is not used. having said that it is made by EA so why bother complaining about lag, something they will never sort out lol.

look at the XBOX Live charts... the game is dead.

The Network Coding is pathetic buddy, it's P2P at it's worst. People have been fighting for a response from Crytek as to are they actually addressing the poor network coding??? yet Crytek offer nothing in response - not a squeak, not a fart, not a sound.

Yea this netcode is ****. I can play mario kart64 on an EMULATOR with my friends and experience less connectivity issues than this garbage.

The game has massive potential and IS better then COD.....when it works.

Unfortunately we've had 3 patches that have seemed to only make the MP experience progressively worse
Its no longer even listed in the XBL top 20...it used to be.
Their vague and apathetic approach to community management doesn't help matters either.

Sadly, at this point Crytek doesn't seem committed to it beyond what's in the publishing contract

The SP is amazing and you will enjoy it immensely.. lots of people have said good things

MP is hit and miss works 70% of the time but that still doesn't feel like enough.. don't expect too much and you wont be disappointment take it for what it is and accept it.. no choice but it looks like its gonna stay this way if the past is a reliable indicator of the future...

The best way to get better is to play against people better than you.

My first 10-20 games my k/d was 0.5 and I thought I would never go positive, now rank 49 and a still improving 1.47 k/d because I had to push myself against better players.

If you are good at the game then it doesn't make that much of a difference what weapon you are using to get kills but even if you are not very good such as you say, then you start with the Scar which is more than acceptable to take on your enemies. And second, If you only played with people who are the exact same level as you you would never be able to find a full room. Stealth is good but not impossible to spot. Try and unlock Cloak Tracker and once you level it up to level III it makes it pretty easy to spot cloaked enemies. And lastly, not sure if you understand the Guass attachment. Having it equiped doesn't make all of you bullets guass enabled. If you press left on the D pad it switches to the guass attachment and you can fire 2 shots per clip of a sniper like bullet that drains your enemies' energy. Hard to use and was much better when the Hotkey fix was in place because it gave you 4 shots per clip. But what you are experiencing is probably just lag.

One more thing, Play the damn single player.
