Why All The Complaining People!!

Post » Thu Dec 31, 2009 11:50 am

I love Crysis. I enjoy playing it. Yes it has its hicups. What game doesn't? Even people playing Reach are still waiting for a Title Update! I check these forums regularly and all I see is a bunch of crybabies!
I have NEVER gotten the "grain" bug. Beat the SP and play online. I RARELY maybe once a week get lag in ANY game. I don't see what you people are complaining about? They can't just fix a whole game on a dime!
They already updated the weapons damage and other fun things. They already released one patch, and if you people LOOKED would notice they said another patch is in the works but wont be ready in time for the DLC (which looks great). Cry_Adam gives all the info he knows to us and keeps us pretty informed if you would just look. The game is not unplayable. It works fine and with patience the remaining things will be patched. Quit whining and just play and have fun. Thanks and see you all online! :)

A nice minority is able to play without issues. However, a vast majority are being smacked with issues which should have been ironed out in the beta for MP. Grain issue, the topic itself tells you how many people are being hit by it.

Forums are for discussions with the dev team/other consumers, and put forward ideas/let them know of issues needing resolved. Yes, some people have a poor way of expressing themselves, but the biggest issue here is the forums has no engagement from Cryteks side. No on is asking for "patches on demand", or 24/7 communication from Crytek. People just wish to know whats in discussion, how they intend to handle certain problems impacting enjoyment of the game. You know, part of being on a forum is making it as comfortable for users as possible.

To the OP, I'm sorry but as stated above - the majority of us are not able to play Crysis 2 properly. Be it the Grain Glitch, the pathetic Lag, the poor host migrations, version mismatches etc etc, the majority of us are still being shafted so we will complain until these amateurs get their @ss into gear and talk to us.

But what happens to an already dying community when threads are flooded with the same complaint day after day. The developmers scrap future support & basically tell us to FO. Just like EA did with MOH.

What you also need to remember is that people rarely join forums to praise or congratulate it. They just play & enjoy it.

Simple - they do something about it.

(1) IF, and this is a big IF they are working on a patch to sort the Grain, Lag, etc etc then they CO-OPERATE with their CUSTOMERS saying what they are aiming to fix. I don't want a date when it will be ready, I just want a What's being fixed and that it actually IS being worked on.

(2) You don't totally ignore your customers, and then expect them to purchase DLC. Get real Crytek.

I'm keeping my money until you put a PROPER patch out that fixes these issues.

Are you familiar with how EA published games are run? Unless its battlefield EA dont give a ****.

MOH
We were completely ignored. Then they dropped DLC for 800MP. Then they abandoned us altogether in 3 month. Once again I refused to buy any DLC because I knew it would be a waste of money which it was.

isn't it crytek uk's problem since they developed the mp? ea just publishes the games and forces em to release the game quicker to save money

they need to release THE patch on the 17th or before it(although they said they won't) not before it

Not necessarily. EA also has its responsibilities since they stuck their logo to it.

Dice created MOH MP as well as Battlefield. Where do you go for info on them games. You'll go EA forums. Not that theres any point looking at the MOH forum. EA runied an excellent game there, the community didnt help & werent as bad as this.

You guys complaining about people complaining, someone comes around every week or so doing the same thing. We've seen more of this than complaints, and it doesn't help anyone. It actually just looks like you are brown nosing. Crytek isn't going to give you a job. I hate a bunch of complaints more than anyone, but most are justified, and this is where the video game sends you to complain. It is actually called feedback, and glitchy piece of crap video games need it.

I just beat the game on Super Soldier, going back to finish up some achievements. I only experience a few of the problems (Mostly lag & host migration related in multiplayer) but the problems are compounded one up on another in this game. Just wait until a few of you guys prestiege & it sets your kills to 0, or you get to lvl 50 in MP and don't have your last weapon unlocked for the achievement. You will be right back here complaining lol

i had some problem with the game, lag most of the times, but i don′t think it′s unplayable.

and for people saying crytek it′s not hearing the community, on Halo:Reach there are thousands of people asking to fix grenades and the only thing they say it′s that they are the same as halo 3. meanwhile the game has become a grenade spamming mess. i think this is worse than having no info on a pach.

there is a lot of work to be done, but if they don′t let the game die, it could be great.

but grenades aren't really a big problem... it just tells you not to get close?

thats sorta stupid comparison considering thats just gameplay where as here is internet connection and hit detection and other stuff...
