Bad situation :(

With all the recent talk of boycotting the DLC, I am concerned that if it does not sell well, Crytek will be even less inclined to continue working on and fixing the game.

Until the last few days where I have had major problems playing games with a squad, I was sure I was buying the DLC on release day, but now I'm not sure I will buy it at all.

As everybody on this forum knows, we have not had much feedback at all from Crytek, giving timescales for fixes or even what is actually being worked on.
I'm worried that if the DLC performs much worse than expected, then Crytek will just wash their hands of us.

Of course I'm not saying we should buy the DLC so they fix the game for us, as they owe us that anyway, hence the title: Bad situation :(

Your thoughts on this?

Don't worry m8, it'll be fixed when it's fixed, Crytek UK are working on it.

Ya I'm guessing there gonna fix it either way. Who knows it may be close to being done. If its not though I can't assume they'd want even worse rep of just washing their hands clean.

If they don't fix this game, nobody will want to buy Crysis 3.

Simple as that.

It hasn't worked like that with Call of Duty ;)

Call Of Duty plays substantially better than Crysis 2 (Black Ops was shifty at first, but was fixed) that's the difference.

I am not saying COD is a better game, as I believe if Crysis 2 was fixed to how it should be - it would trounce COD. But because of the many many problems I would rather play COD as you don't get Lag every 2 minutes.

On COD, you get killed because the other person was better, not because the Network Coding svcks balls.
