Players are defecting left and right. Your fault Crytek!

Yes, I bought the DLC. I am beginning to have issues finding games online now or lobbies are not filling up. People I used to play with are defecting to other games. When Crytek released the DLC, it divided the community even more. It is like they built another Berlin Wall. The DLC should have been free, and released into normal rotation. Crytek should have did an DLC on weapons, nanosuits, and/or module upgrades.

Crytek I blame you for making a lot of wrong decisions with this game. I would have continued to purchase downloadable content as long as I could continue to play online, but now I am thinking about shelving this game too. What a return on your investment you got from Free Radical Games (aka Crytek UK).

While there is still a heartbeat, you better start making some changes and I mean soon.

You need to fix your topic title. You mean "fault" not "fought" I think.

Sometimes when you are pissed, you type whatever comes to mind first. Thanks

People were advised not to buy the DLC until we see a patch for this game.

If the game go's belly up then these people have wasted even more money.

Balls in Crytek's court.

I predicted this would happen. Everyone bought the content and was excited with how great the maps are. I wasn't doubting the maps would be a breath of fresh air, but I did know that once the initial fun factor was over, a lot of people would go back to their other games with the issues still left in Crysis. So now what you have, as the OP side, is a divided community of people who can play DLC, and those of us who chose to opt out of paying in Crytek's wallet while they still had an unfinished game on their plates.

If the day comes that they ever manage to fix the game... Sure, I'll purchase the DLC. Honestly, I am starting to hold a huge grudge against Crytek UK (not the rest of the company), after having read about the previous company's release of Haze. I'm just beginning to think they're incompetent.

All I am asking is that Crytek become more creative. They want to build a community, get out and talk to people about their game. It is rare jewel of a game. Honestly, I like playing this game better than COD. But, I think who ever is making decisions on the MP, should be on here speaking to the community. The SP is done, but the MP continues until their next game. They have to understand this! When you have spent a lot of time farming your community, they will grow. But if you spit on the crops when it is hot, they will die.

They need to water us with a lot of organized communication. If they are working on server problems, tell us what they are doing to improve. This information is passed along to my buddies and then to their buddies that something is happening to Crysis. When there is silence, the news is not reported, so things die.

The "kids" who buy the DLC when the game is broken, and buy the game on multiple formats cos "itz awesumz" aren't doing the gaming community any favours.

If anything you've screwed the rest of us over even more IMO. And you've screwed yourselves if Crytek drops the game and runs.
