I am new to the forums and im curious, are there weapon skins? i cant find information anywhere about it, but i keep seeing information about it. if there are, what are they? how do you get them (besides the special edition skin) and if there arent any please clear it up

yup, most of em are unlocks for reaching level 50 and for rebooting every time, others are limited ed. only and the other is preorder only!
