I didn't buy Brink because I had heard it was kind of shallow and repetative but a bigger reason is because I was reading about connecion issues and lag. Now I love Crysis 2 and am still a big supporter of this game but why is it so hard for Crytek to do something as simple as this. Above is a link from Brink's website showing that the developers have addressed the issues that players were dealing with and made proper tweeks and changes and that they have submited their title update to Microsoft for review and that it should be available shortly. With just one little page of information they probably saved at least a third of their community from abandoning ship. It makes me really angry that I will probably have to stop playing this game, not because I don't enjoy it anymore but because Crytek have ran the community off and I won't have anyone to play with. Oh and the free DLC coming doesn't exactly hurt things either. Being patient is so much easier when you know what you are being patient for.

I believe it's because Crytek have withdrawn support for Crysis 2.

There's no other reason for a company to be so ignorant and arrogant to their customers.

It would take them 2 minutes to prove our concerns like this wrong, yet they choose not to.

I would agree with you except it has been like this from the start. We had no info of the patches until after they were released and when they didn't do what they were supposted to they never even acknowledged that the list was incorrect. They are just so damn secretive. I love this game, flaws and all, but I would be lying if I said I haven't atleast entertained the idea of trading it in while it is still worth something. But then I play it again and survive an epic gun fight and remember why I'm still here. I just want to know if all my support has been been for a good cause or not.

they also had like 2 patches in the first months then nothing except dlcs and some patches to improve security ...

I guess my prayers have been answered because less than an hour after I posted this thread Cry-Adam released the news of a collection of hotkey fixes that have been in place and some new ones rolling out today. I can't wait to try it out and see how it is all working. Good luck to everyone.
