sorry buddy but i think you are on a diffenent topic. im talking about isp service mbs. they say you can use up to ???mbs. such as 2 mbs, 5 mbs, 10 mbs, etc. not what is going on in gameplay.
Yeah but you said you needed at least 5mbps for gameplay. Thats what I was going for, sorry for the misunderstanding.. :P IMO you need 1mbps for gameplay, 5mbps+ would be nice for a family though..
no prob. but you want at least 5 mbs download and .75 mbs upload. minimum. or you will svck as a host and everyone will want to disconnect from your game :)

Yeah, I have 7 meg down, 2 meg up, and I'm never chosen as host, even though my packet loss rate is minimal (if any at all). Although I do have a moderate NAT, that shouldn't dictate if I'm host or not..

I have a Cisco Catalyst Switch, and it's set up to the point that I can monitor speeds and packet loss, errors, etc.

Agreed. I've managed to stop getting pissed off by killing some zombies on Black Ops, you'd be suprised, zombies are a great stress reliever.. haha

Also, cloak is less visible now, so us people that actually want to use is to not be seen sometimes can use it, as opposed to the energy transfer players that cloak whore 24/7...
