Can you please give some details on your system and version of Crysis 2?

Really glad for the fast respond :D
Like i said, i just installed the new 1.8 patch. As for graphic card drivers, I also installed the new Nvidia driver "275.33-desktop-win7-winvista-64bit-international-whql" as of today.

System Specs:
Operating System
MS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i7 920 @ 3.80GHz 43 °C
Bloomfield 45nm Technology
RAM
6.0GB Triple-Channel DDR3 @ 569MHz (8-8-8-20)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK Computer INC. P6T SE (LGA1366)
Graphics
L568 (1280x1024@60Hz)
ASUS VW266H (1920x1200@59Hz)
N91S (1280x1024@60Hz)
1.5GB GeForce GTX 580 (nVidia)
896MB GeForce GTX 260 (nVidia)

Even though i have 2 graphic cards, i am NOT running them in SLI, i just have the gtx 260 for the third monitor. I am NOT using any software or hardware to "stretch" Crysis 2 over all 3 monitors, just making sure.

yeah same problem here, seems alot worse of levels where rain is present. I have a GTX 580 on win vista 64bit, using the 275.27 beta drivers gonna try the new official 275.33 to see if that makes a difference. Also is the boxed retail version of crysis 2

I've got the same problem.

Steam version.

It starts with this level and seems to be related to the rain effect.
If I go into a building and look in a direction without rain it looks okay...

my GPU: 460GTX
tried with 275.27 Beta and 275.33 WHQL

I played the level fine a while ago...
...but I updated my graphics card drivers and the game updated itself. I didn't play after those updates and started playing again today noticing this problem. Don't know if its the patch or the new driver, all other games work fine...

Definitely the driver because with the 270.61 WHQL works well ..... I started to give problems when installing the beta 275.27 and continuing the problem now ..... 275.33 WHQL I hope they give us answers, it's been 3 months that left the game and must have more answers than questions.

So is there a consensus on which drivers don't work? Is it the 275.33's?

Problems started with 275.27beta...same problem using 275.33whql released today...older drivers are fine. Was broken before the patch as well. Its just coincidence imho. New patch and new whql drivers same day.

I started a new singleplayer game, and things look like they should, at least in the first few levels i have tested. :) Also, the multiplayer isn't affected. At least for me.

I'm definitely convinced that the cause of the problem are horrible drivers ... It would be unfair to Crysis 2 being as good a game being tainted by these problems, we hope to be resolved soon.

It's the drivers for me too, everything after 270.61. It's ONLY in levels with rain, I had no problems in any other level before that...

Creo que retroceder drivers seria ilógico. Pues si actualizar drivers significa mejoras entonces estamos ante un grave problema para tantos fans de crysis 2, debe de tener solucion inmediata, por favor.....

Sorry, what I wrote before this in another language. I think it would be illogical to back drivers. Well, if updating drivers means improvements then we are facing a serious problem for many fans of crysis 2, must have immediate solution, please .....
