I lost my profile with rank 37 in Crysis 2. The profile restarted with rank 1.

I tried to uninstall Crysis 2 because of a crash within the game. It do not uninstall completely. And it don't allow to reinstall too. I will need to format the system because of a game.

Then I tried a million of things to the game connect again so I changed my Nick name from 'BlvBlv' to 'BlvvBlvv' in gamesas.com and reset my password. Only this. After that I lost my profile. After!

The game is original and well paid. I don't cheat. I don't hack. You can check it.

I didn't receive any message from Crytek until today.
It is an offense to me listen that I supposedly stole. Look at the profile history. It has a slow growing rate. Slow. With a lot of hours played. With a regular kill/death rate. I didn't kill no more than 20 people in my best and inspired sessions. My average is 8 kills. I will not destroy all my work with no one action.

I had choosed lately to play in official servers because of the cheaters that Crytek didn't banished. It's in my history. I can'not be punished for play in offical servers.

I had write to Crytek 2 times (Two) complaining about the Crysis 2 thieves cheaters in the past. With sugestions and solutions included. You can check this. Maybe using my other e-mail brunoliveira77@hotmail.com. It's a Joke to insinuate that I cheated.

Please some one help me rescue my profile.
I will have to wait and pause to play the game until i received my weapons back.

During my play with Crysis 2 I had lost a lot of times XP points that I earned. Many times. The game gave me and removed weapons and powers that i deserved. Several times. I never complained of it. I love Crysis 2 but the game need repairs.

Is there a history of points, powers and weapons that i lost because of the failures within game? You need to detect a hack in my system to punish me. There is need to prove with my actions. Accountability It's common sense. And Legal sense too. All that I earned was through the game only. Only.

This is not fair. Nor your job is. Nor the world. Nor my headache.

Thanks M4dn3ss. I wasn't banned, I was reseted to level 1. But I'll try this too. And about cheaters is time to wait for Batlefield 3.

I'm maybe going off-topic, but did the new anti-cheat measures from patch 1.8 help? And all I advise BlvvBlvv is to wait for Crytek to give your stats back...

The Patch 1.8 didn't fix anything about my lost profile, nor cheaters. It's worst.

I'll wait... working hard outside.

I still havn't seen a hacker in over 2 weeks. Just lucky I guess. :/
