I agree, this game is good, and HAS the potential to be better; but the lack of support from the Crytek community has been appauling. It's not good, the PC's version is so much more fun, more enjoyable and has a lot less lag. I have it on PC, but I want to play it on Xbox 360 to get the remainder of the achievements... I would say I have been a Crysis fan for a while now, and have greatly enjoyed playing Warhead over and over... and the sandbox mode even more. Though I don't like the amount of support that has been provided by both Crytek and EA.
This game has to be fixed; and I mean soon. Else I won't be buying another Crytek OR EA game for a long long time; hence, this the first EA game I have purchased in a long time due to the previous nature of Medal of Honor Airborne which put me off... Then I get this, and I end up with a broken game that doesn't function the way it was polished up to be in the trailers etc? The Singleplayer has NO issues, AT ALL. Yet the online is absolutely terrible.
The sign of a good game is something that has an amazing single player and a bad online; this isn't bad online, this is awful online. This NEEDS to be patched SOON or I won't be returning. And that favours for the PC version too.
So listen to your customers who have paid a LOT of money to play this "highly-anticipated" game, don't be like other developers who cash in, box up and go... I won't point name for legal reasons but don't follow the suit... be different, make an improvement if you want to secure your positions as a highly known development company, not just the game company that people will reminisce about past time... be the company that people will talk about in 5 years time and will STILL enjoy. Not the "Has been" company like most others.
