First of all sorry for my terrible english.

This is the problem. I try to insert my credit to buy the retaliation pack but a message says i am not logged in but i am! i tried with many browser and from different PCs but the problem still remains.
What can i do to fix this problem?

I hope this is not to late. I posted about this error in several threads, and how to solve it. It's simple; it's just a browser problem.
In Firefox 4, go to store (http://www.gamesas.com/store), log in, then right click on the frame with the store, select This frame > show only this frame. Now it works perfectly. I'll check this post again, so if you have questions, ask me.
