Bought the Map Pack. Why I do not own them?

Post » Thu Dec 31, 2009 6:14 am

I am confused. I bought the map pack, but I cannot access them unless I am on live. I am use to COD allowing you to mess around with them offline. Why isn't there a system link if I own the Map Pack. It's mine. Xbox Live, EA, and Crytek does not own it anymore. Why aren't they accessible offline?

Sometimes I just do not want my friends to know I am online.

Multiplayer is online only. The maps are for multi-player. Quite why you bought them to start with though I dunno.

As for not wanting people to know you're online, well, change your settings then to hide it.

You don't even own the game. You purchased the right to play it, that's it.

There's no System Link support for Crysis 2, and no split-screen. Thus, no offline option. Do what they said above to Appear Offline and just start an invite-only Private Lobby.
